Better than Rudy’s Cream Corn

Ingredients:

• 18 oz cream cheese
• 1 cup melted butter
• 1 cup of white sugar
• dash of pepper
• dash of cinnamon
• dash of salt
• 1 large bag of Frozen sweet corn

Material:

• crockpot
• food processor/blender

How to:

1. Pour 1 large bag of Frozen sweet corn into the crockpot and set aside.
2. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a blender.
3. Make sure that the mixture is fully blended and has a smooth consistency.
4. Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
5. Set it to Low and cook for at least 4hours.

This year will be the busiest year of my life. With so many things going on, I couldn’t hardly cook for anything. I worry no more. Hubby is here to the rescue! He used to cook different easy to make menu before I arrived here. And, you know what happens when woman comes in. Kitchen has been transfer to me since then. I love cooking still, despite of my laziness. So, this Macaroni w/ Diced tomatoes & Cheese Recipe has been a life saver. It’s easy and it’s a quick fix to the starving stomach. Belated Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you all had a good time with your families and friends. As for me, we had a fabulous and blissful Christmas this year. I am not saying that for the sake of saying, but we had been truly bless this year. I can’t even wait for our next year for some more great things to come. It seems like surprises has been unendingly pouring us. It has been great all in all. That has also been the reasons why I was out for a while now. Oh hey, Happy Anniversary to my blog. Yehey! It has been a year of sharing my stories and my silly thoughts now. Thank you for each one of you who inspire me to do something that I also really love to do. That’s exactly what I needed. You all pushing me to do what I want. Thank you! — Anyway,I just wanna insert it in there. So, I’ve talked about the turkey for my Thanksgiving. My turkey was perfect. Well, perfect doesn’t even fit with description but its beyond perfect.  It turned out to be the best Turkey I have ever made. Since we all loved it so much, we celebrated our Christmas again with the big bird on our table. It was even better. It was so crispy, so juicy inside and very tasty. That was by far the fastest way of cooking Turkey. That is why I love it so much. It has no mess, no hassle and no long wait at all. I do highly recommend it. Oh, I also cooked some cookies, little treats and of course my ever favorite cream corn that taste exactly like the ones in Rudy’s BBQ. Their cream corn was supposed to be a secret recipe, but hey! My dental hygienist told me the secret and I cannot even tell you how good it was. It was perf! – “When food is good, everyone will have a good time!”

It’s Thanksgiving week fellas! I know. It’s time for some no diet restrictions. Wait a minute? No. No. It’s coat season, so I am pretty sure that has been set aside a long time ago. Thanksgiving will just be another festive day of foods, drinks and lots of friends coming over. Well, it’s really more like a time to thank those people who has been there with you ups and down. That is our family. I am excited for this week. Aside from the family and friends gathering, it’s also a shopping spree week. I mean, one day of getting some very good deals plus its a good time for some gift shopping for Christmas. My very first black Friday shopping was pretty awesome, yet disastrous. I ended up with nothing but leg pains and headaches! I never had that kind of shopping wherein everyone were really snagging everything cheap. All the things that I have in mind were all sold out even before it was out. I should’ve known better. My curiosity of the word immortal has brought me to an amazing and inquisitive story of life. The author , Rebecca Skloot, has really done a very good job in writing this book. The beginning  has led me to listen to it even more. It was not only because the plot of the story was really good, but it awaken my eyes and ears to a story I have never heard before. Yes! They are right. My curiosity of her name took me to the next level of interest. Not only I want to know more but it left me asking for this question I thought this book could answer.

REVIEW – Matrix Biolage Exquisite Oil Shampoo & Conditioner

I hate changing shampoos. I am quite in a good years of age right now that is considered old. I guess! Well, not that kind of old. I have never ever in my life found a really good shampoo that made my hair healthy, shiny voluminous and smelling good. All the pair of shampoos that I had was Ok. I think that it was just more like of a disaster. Strand of hairs were everywhere. I basically shred like a cat. I am not talking about 100 strands of hair a day. It was more like I am getting bald. Hey! How is it going? I am glad that we are all fine. So, holidays are fast approaching. This is also the time for lots of job openings which means it’s job hunting for the unemployed or students who wants to have experience. Looking for a job takes a lot of preparations. How to Fried a Whole Chicken?

Hey there! How are you? If you are from United States then you know that Thanksgiving is around the corner. I never tried making my own 1 whole Turkey. I was just always an assistant, so it’s still not me who cook it. Cooking for me is my own masterpiece. I prepare the ingredients myself and think of how I cook it. So, Thanksgiving is 2 weeks from now. Can you believe it? I do. I have been waiting for Thanksgiving this year, since I will be hosting for the gathering. I volunteered for it. I want to also grasp and feel what American culture is and how they celebrate it. And so, I invited my hubby’s family to come over and celebrate with us in our house. I am so excited at the same time nervous. My husband wants a fried turkey and oh boy! I never tried that and I am not really sure with the whole process. We recently have this new kitchen toy. Yes! For me its a kitchen toy. I use them for cooking and its so fancy for me. Anyway, I never tried frying  whole meat before so it is quite interesting for me. Also, this new toy is kind of scary to look at. I might splatter the oil to my eyeball. Before I am going to have a Thanksgiving disaster, I tried it on a chicken. I cannot even tell you how much juicy and crispy it is. It was so good that one whole chicken was not enough for me.  I followed this simple steps and boom! It was cooked to perfection. This was my preparation to my big oh TURKEY – My Fried Whole Chicken!
